In October 2024, Adam joined the board of Syrenis, a pioneer in global consent and preference management solutions serving Fortune 500 organizations. In February 2025 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead the business through its next phase of growth and accelerate its global expansion.

During his first year as CEO, Adam has led the repositioning of Syrenis as a global enterprise privacy technology platform, expanding the company’s international footprint with the launch of its United States operations and the opening of a new US office to support enterprise customers across North America.

Under his leadership, Syrenis has strengthened its market presence and Adam has become an increasingly recognized voice within the global privacy technology and data governance community, contributing to industry dialogue around consent, trust and responsible data use in an AI-driven world.

Prior to Syrenis, Adam joined London Stock Exchange listed SysGroup plc as Chief Operating Officer in August 2014. Leveraging his extensive equity capital markets and M&A experience, he was promoted to Group Chief Executive Officer in April 2018, making him the youngest CEO of an AIM listed company at that time. During his tenure as CEO, Adam grew revenues from £8m to £23m through a combination of organic and inorganic growth.

Adam was responsible for defining and delivering SysGroup’s strategy to become a leading technology transformation specialist to the UK mid-market, a position for which the company received multiple industry awards. He has significant experience working with institutional fund managers, presenting company strategy and performance to investors and supporting capital raises, alongside maintaining senior relationships across corporate finance, research and broking with leading investment banks.

Adam has over 25 years’ experience across SaaS, managed IT services, cyber security, cloud hosting and telecommunications. He has been recognized in Insider’s “42 Under 42” and has appeared multiple times in the Northern Tech Leaders Power 100 list. He played a pivotal role in the transformation of SysGroup from a mass-market web hosting company into an award-winning technology solutions provider, and has held a number of senior management and board-level roles across the technology sector.

Marc is accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes across the company’s global client base. Having joined Syrenis in 2019 during the company’s formative stage, Marc has been a key leader in its evolution into a world‑class privacy technology platform supporting complex, large‑scale enterprise deployments.

Marc leads the implementation function and oversees the successful execution of high‑value, mission‑critical engagements for global organizations. He acts as the senior escalation point for delivery assurance, live‑service risk, and executive‑level client confidence, ensuring outcomes remain predictable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise expectations. He works in close partnership with product, engineering, infrastructure, and commercial leadership to maintain strict alignment between delivery execution, platform capability, and operational stability.

Beyond delivery leadership, Marc has played a central role in shaping Syrenis’ operational maturity. As one of the company’s early senior leaders, he has influenced delivery governance, service operating models, and organizational structure to support enterprise‑grade scale. He has been closely involved in the establishment and growth of core functions including service, product, and engineering, and has contributed directly to building senior leadership capability as the business expanded internationally. He is a trusted senior partner to many of Syrenis’ largest and most demanding customers, valued for his ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear, confident business decisions while maintaining credibility at executive and board level.

Prior to Syrenis, Marc spent nearly a decade at BAE Systems, holding senior delivery and engineering leadership roles across national infrastructure, transport, and security programs. During this time, he led large, multidisciplinary teams and delivered multi‑million‑pound software initiatives within highly regulated, mission‑critical environments, gaining extensive experience across the full application and service lifecycle.

Marc completed his degree in Computer Science and is PRINCE2 and ITIL certified. He brings a rare combination of technical depth, delivery discipline, and people leadership, and is known for building resilient delivery organizations, protecting client outcomes in complex operating environments, and providing trusted leadership as organizations scale.

Rebekah brings over 20 years’ experience across IT operations, cloud services, and technology‑led transformation. She has been a key figure in the evolution of Syrenis, having joined in 2008, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operational maturity as it has grown into a trusted global SaaS provider.

Rebekah leads the Service Operations function, with responsibility for the reliability, security, and day‑to‑day operation of Syrenis’ cloud platforms and client environments. Her team safeguards the operational security and governance of Syrenis’ SaaS services, ensuring infrastructure, service processes, and third‑party dependencies operate in line with SOC 2 controls and demanding customer assurance requirements.

Rebekah has deep expertise in AWS and provides operational leadership across Syrenis’ AWS infrastructure estate, overseeing major cloud migrations, network modernization initiatives, and continuous improvements to platform resilience and availability. She works closely with internal stakeholders and acts as the primary operational liaison with a wide range of external partners, ensuring aligned delivery, clear accountability, and effective incident management.

Earlier in her career, Rebekah built a strong foundation in data quality and service excellence before moving into IT through roles spanning support, training, networking, software services, and web development. This breadth of experience underpins her pragmatic, solutions‑driven approach to operational leadership and her ability to bridge technical, commercial, and customer priorities.

Throughout her time at Syrenis, Rebekah has been a consistent driver of operational excellence and change, highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike for her calm, methodical approach to complex challenges and her commitment to delivering secure, resilient platforms that organizations can depend on.
