What you’ll be doing
      • Lead & deliver – Own the technical delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to spec, and with exceptional quality.
      • Align with business goals – Partner with Product & Delivery Managers to connect development efforts with customer needs and business objectives.
      • Champion best practices – Drive the adoption of modern development tooling, DevOps, unit testing and test automation to streamline efficiency.
      • Architect for the future – Reduce technical debt and implement sustainable, scalable solutions that support our long-term vision.
      • Collaborate & communicate – Work closely with the Head of Development and key stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
      • Drive innovation – Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest tools and best practices.
      Lead & inspire your team
      • Mentor & develop – Guide developers and team leads, instilling a growth mindset and high-quality coding practices.
      • Foster a strong culture – Build a positive, high-energy, and results-driven environment where team members feel supported and empowered.
      • Enhance performance – Conduct regular team member check-in’s, provide feedback, and help team members reach their full potential.
      What you bring
      • Proven leadership in software development management with a passion for mentoring, coaching and inspiring teams.
      • Expertise in .NET, SQL Server, AWS, and modern software engineering principles.
      • Strong ability to prioritise, multitask and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communicator. Be able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
      • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
      • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a keen eye for detail.
