Lead our InfoSec function
Define, implement, and maintain the company’s information security strategy across UK and US entities.- Own policies & controls – Maintain SOC 2 and GDPR/CCPA-aligned policies, ensuring audit-readiness and continuous improvement.
- Drive risk management – Identify and mitigate security risks across infrastructure, product and operations.
- Secure the software lifecycle – Partner with Dev, Product and Infra teams to embed secure-by-design principles into our SDLC.
- Client assurance – Lead the InfoSec side of enterprise sales and procurement cycles, including RFPs, security questionnaires and audits.
- Incident response – Own the incident management process, from detection to resolution and post-mortem.
- Champion a security-first culture – Run training, simulate threats and make security a team sport.
What you’ll bring- Proven experience in a hands-on InfoSec or Security Engineering role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or highly regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, SO 27001, NIST, CIS) and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
- Technical depth - you can engage credibly with developers, architects, and clients on security design and vulnerabilities.
- Experience leading audits and security certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security, ideally AWS.

A leading provider of consent and preference management solutions, we are now seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with enterprise experience to accelerate growth by identifying, developing and closing high-value enterprise deals. This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-level sales, securing new business and expanding our footprint in key industries. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential accounts, developing strategic relationships and executing a consultative sales process that aligns with enterprise procurement cycles.
What you'll be doing- Enterprise Sales Execution – own the end-to-end sales process for net-new enterprise clients, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Pipeline Development – identify and qualify high-value opportunities within target accounts.
- Strategic Prospecting – engage C-level and senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and position Syrenis as the solution.
- Consultative Selling – take a value-led approach, aligning our offering with the client's business objectives.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation – lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations and procurement engagements to accelerate deal closure.
- Collaboration – work closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Delivery teams to refine our go-to-market approach.
- Forecasting & Reporting – maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, using CRM and data-driven insights to inform sales strategy.
What you'll bring- Proven Enterprise Sales Experience – minimum 3 years selling complex SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Track Record of Success – demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and secure large, multi-year contracts.
- Deep Industry Knowledge – experience selling into growth sectors, e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail etc.
- Strong Commercial Acumen – skilled at handling procurement negotiations, compliance considerations, and deal structuring.
- Exceptional Communication & Relationship Building – ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- CRM & Sales Tech Proficiency – experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
