Finance Manager

About the role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to sit closely with and support the CFO and CEO. This will be a pivotal role in helping Syrenis with its growth plans – we’re looking for somebody to come in and embrace the role, ask questions and add value. The role is based at the Syrenis office in Sci-Tech, Daresbury, Warrington.Key duties
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support the CEO & CFO with financial appraisals, forecasting, AOP and modelling
- Provide financial advice, support and assistance to the sales and operational teams
- Treasury management including forex
- Accounts receivable & Accounts payable
- Banking and payments
- Corporation tax, VAT, employment tax compliance
- Payroll management
- Statutory accounts
- Primary contact for audit & tax advisors
About you
- Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) – QBE can be considered
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience working in a SaaS/IT focused organisation

Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth in North America. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential enterprise customers—researching target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and sparking meaningful conversations that open the door for our Business Development Directors. This is an opportunity to build a career in enterprise SaaS sales, gain exposure to data privacy and digital transformation markets, and help shape Syrenis’ expansion in one of our most strategic regions.Key Duties
Prospecting & Outreach- Identify, research, and prioritise target accounts in regulated industries (e.g. financial services, insurance, healthcare, government).
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, social) to engage senior decision makers (CISO, CDO, CMO, Privacy Officer).
- Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to maintain high conversion rates.
- Understand customer pain points related to consent, data privacy, and customer engagement.
- Conduct structured discovery to assess fit and readiness for Syrenis.
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Directors.
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign strategy.
- Log and manage all activity in CRM.
- Contribute feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop a deep understanding of the data privacy landscape (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA).
- Continuously improve outreach, messaging, and product knowledge.
- Participate in regular coaching and enablement sessions.
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally in enterprise software or martech.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales—you know how to listen, learn, and lead with value.
- Organised, resilient, and driven by results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
- Interest in data privacy, consent management, or digital engagement is a strong plus.
